Conduct is expected to be of the highest standards and must at all times be appropriate for a family
setting.
Sunny Haven is not clothing optional: health, weather and safety permitting, members
and visitors are to be nude (except for footwear, headwear, sports gear) when in common areas or when
using recreational facilities.
The following are required:
1)Registration and payment
of fees at the office upon arrival at the front gate. Members must register their guests.
2)Parents
or guardians are accountable and responsible for the conduct of their children.
3)Trash should be
carried out with you or deposited in appropriate containers.
4)Always sit on your towel.
5)Shower
with soap before entering the pool, hot tub or sauna.
6)Nudity is required when in (or sitting on
edge of) pool or hot tub. (Exception: children not toilet trained must wear clean diapers/plastic pants
when in the pool. They are not allowed in the hottub.)
7)Campfires are allowed only in fire rings
subject to groundskeeper approval and county fire risk requirements.
8)Please use a flashlight when
walking in unlit areas at night.
9)Follow all posted rules. Posted rules take priority over these
or other printed rules.
10)Persons with pets must provide evidence of rabies vaccination, keep their
pets leashed and clean up after them.
The following are prohibited:
1)Intimate contact, suggestive
behavior, overt sexuality, or sexually provocative behavior.
2)Intoxication or use of illegal substances.
3)Fireworks and firearms
4)Smoking in office, clubhouse, bathhouse, restrooms.
5)Conduct that
is illegal.
6)Causing, attempting to cause, or threatening injury or damage to another or their property.
7)Use of vulgar language or any other unseemly behavior.
8)Excessive noise at all times and all but
necessary noise between midnight and 8 a.m.
9)Leaving children under 14 without adequate adult supervision.
10)Camera use without permission of a Board member or Officer, and all persons who will appear in the
photo.
11)Driving over 5 miles per hour and any unnecessary driving within the park.
12)Drinking,
eating or smoking in the sauna, pool or hot tub.
13)Glass in the pool and hot tub area.
